Hope everyone is ready for the wedding that had my second shooter and I in tears, because here it is.
Justin and Elysia did not want to see each other until they walked down the aisle. I totally get that choice. However these two did want to pray together before getting married. So we found the perfect door to block their view, but made it so they were able to hold hands. This is where the tears started flowing, from Justin, my second shooter and I, and Elysia's bridesmaids as we watched/captured this sweet moment as it unfolded. However this wasn't the only sweet moment of their day. Elysia received a hand written letter from her sister on her wedding day, Justin cried as Elysia walked down the aisle, Elysia's mother and sister laced her into her dress, Elysia's first look with her father, and so many others I could say and talk about. Several tears were shed all around, as one of the sweetest couples I have ever met tied the knot. Seriously the father daughter first look, the handwritten note from her sister, all of it made for one of the most tender, love filled wedding days I have ever captured.
Elysia and Justin are such a delightful couple. The way they light up a room together is captivating. The way these two look at each other with such love, awe, and wonder. The way they seem to perfectly fit together. Elysia out spoken and full of energy, Justin more reserved and laid back. These two honestly were made for each other. They are the kind of couple you know were meant to be together, and just totally belong together. Justin constantly makes Elysia laugh, putting a smile on her face every minute of photos. She returned the favor time and time again. They are just so in sync, which is something I so love to see in my couples. I love having couples that just flow together and make my job so dang easy.
Besides the amazing couple there was quite a few of other notable things about Elysia and Justin's wedding day. Justin wore a grey suit, which I think is probably my favorite color of suit. It has been super popular this year and I loved how it looked with the plum Elysia chose for their colors. Elysia had the prettiest dress, serious dress envy over her dress, she also paired it with a cathedral veil, totally swoon worthy. They also had some of the best cupcakes I have ever had, along with gorgeous decorations and an equally adorable bridal party that brought so much life to the day. This was such a gorgeous and amazing wedding, and I couldn't of been more grateful to be a part of it.
