Anniversary sessions are some of my favorites, but they become even better when an anniversary session turns into a maternity session like Ally and Adam's did. We were planning on shooting Ally and Adam's engagement session last Winter, but after they found out they were expecting we decided to wait until Ally was showing. A few weather related reschedules and we finally ended up here with the windiest but the cutest maternity session I could have asked for. Ally and Adam moved to Berne in their first year of marriage, so what better want to pay memory to their first move by shooting right in downtown Berne at the memorable clock tower. It is seriously such a pretty spot, and we turned out to be pretty thankful we had to reschedule due to weather because they just planted their gorgeous flowers last weekend. What luck. The only thing that could of been better was the wind, however I do have several hilarious outtakes of Ally's hair standing straight up thanks to it, so it was worth the hassle.
I honestly can not believe it has been a year and a half since I shot this sweet couple's wedding, and so much has changed for them. A big move, new jobs, and a sweet little boy on the way, talk about a year of big and exciting changes. But these two are going to make such amazing parents, and I can not wait to see them transition into parenthood. I should also mention how much Ally is glowing and makes pregnancy look amazing. Seriously her cute little belly was totally killing me. I just enjoyed catching up with these two so much and will wait patiently for little Stout to arrive!
